Fruitful Impartial Estimate for making the most of medicines

"Fruitful impartial estimate for making the most of illness response & remedy apparatus: Using to the extent necessary for countering & providing a measured relief from arisen progressively-painful feelings."

The pandemic had me toying with this topic, but this above translation tastes of dispassion, disaversion & disenchantment. That settles it.

I was previously lukewarmly supportive of both vaccines & lockdowns (enough to devil's advocate at the very least), but no more.

(Also, Seth is not in favor of either vaccines or lockdowns. This gives a double check. From: THE INDIVIDUAL AND THE NATURE OF MASS EVENTS)

Rectification: Pronouns in the Pali

For nominative case, the pronoun genders are:
  1. So => He
  2. Sā => Her
  3. Taṁ => They
(But taṁ is the accusative case pronoun for all genders. Exercise caution with taṁ!)

I translated "so" as "they" in my latest translation and then convinced myself that "so" is a neuter pronoun. Then, I updated my old translation of anapanasati to reflect this misunderstanding. Luckily, I checked the grammatical tables, and saw that I am mistaken. I need to update them back to "he".

A new use for this blog.

 I have a website, where I put into words the spiritualities that ripen in awakening. Now there are other spiritualties, which I don't want to put there. So, this is a good place for those.
